We endeavour to process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. All orders are usually despatched at 2pm daily (Business days: Mon-Fri)
An Post Standard: (Includes Tracking)
Delivery by An Post Standard Post can take between 3 – 5 business days after despatch to most of Ireland. Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays are not business days. We cannot advise you the time of day your post-person will deliver your order, as this is out of our control.
Please remember to allow up to 10 business days for standard delivery during An Post peak holiday seasons.
An Post Express Delivery: (Tracking & Signature)
Delivery by An Post Express delivery normally takes between 1 – 2 business days after despatch. We cannot advise you the time of day your order will be delivered, as this is out of our control.
Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and An Post holidays. Please ensure you provide an Eircode and mobile number in case the courier needs to call you.
NOTE: We cannot guarantee delivery times as these are technically out of our control. In the event of orders being lost by An Post or damaged whilst in transit, Face Paints Ireland can not be held responsible for replacing goods.
However, we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
