Returns Policy
Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange a product.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with. In order to receive a full refund or exchange on items purchased from facepaints.ie, they must be received by us in saleable condition within 14 days of purchase. Sale (Specials) must be returned within 7 days of purchase. All items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all shrink-wrap and protective factory coverings still attached. Any item that we deem soiled or damaged will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address.

We can only exchange items for a product of the same value.
We cannot guarantee that we can always provide exchanges due to stock availability but you will be refunded and notified by facepaints.ie if your exchange cannot be processed. There will be additional postal charges added for all exchanges.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card / PayPal account). If your payment was made by Postal Order, you will be issued a refund by company cheque.
